Subscribing to GeoInteractive - what does it cost?
The cost of subscription has been kept low and represents excellent value for money. Once the subscription has been paid, a username and password will be sent that will give full access to all teachers from the subscribing institution. Click here to download an order form - orders can be submitted at any time and will run from 2 to 5 terms.
Note: cheques with orders gives you immediate access to the resources. Invoicing the school can take between 4-6 weeks depending on the school finance office or Local Authority finance office.
Orders received for a September 1st 2010 start remain at £66 for 2 terms and £99 for 3 terms. Prices have been decreased for longer subscriptions to offer even greater savings: now only £112 for 4 terms (a saving of £20) or £140 for 5 terms (a saving of £25).
Many schools once they have subscribed, enjoy the benefits and are keen to renew:
"Thanks for your email about subscription renewal, it's mine and the departments pleasure to support a website such as Geointeractive. Looking forward to another successful year." Richard Dowd [Buttershaw Business & Enterprise College]
Why should I subscribe?
You will get automatic access to BOTH sections of the GeoInteractive website which means hundreds of resources will be available to you. Large numbers of schools and geography departments now have access to digital projectors and interactive whiteboards but there are few resources around to make best use of the technology. All of the resources on the GeoInteractive subscription website are good quality, affordable and completely editable. They are designed to be used with projectors and interactive whiteboards. The resources can be downloaded and used as they are or easily edited to suit the ability level and the schemes of work being taught. They will save you hours of work. In addition there is a growing number of downloadable photo resources that can be used to create your own powerpoint presentations, photo story 3 movies, etc. There is a video news bank with over 150 video news clips to use directly or in your own powerpoint and video presentations. Check out the sample pages or subscribe now.
